We believe that many organizations must work together in harmony to create strong, effective partnerships that will foster the development and implementation of programs and activities that effectively address the tremendous issues and needs encountered by young people in today's society. The urban environment that is home to the young people we serve is ravaged by broken relationships, violence, drug and alcohol abuse and addiction, teen pregnancy, gang activity, truancy, pornography and high unemployment.
