Sept. 1 at Noon Hungry Club at Big Mama's Kitchen

Speakers: Sharon Orduña is an Outreach Coordinator, Seamus Kelly is a Transition Specialist, Connie Shockley is a Parent Support Coordinator and Lori Eyth is a Training and Information Specialist for PTI (Parent Training and Information).  PTI Nebraska is a statewide resource for families of children with disabilities or special health care needs, which enables parents to have the capacity to improve the education and healthcare outcomes for their children.  Sharon's personal journey with her daughter, who was diagnosed at age 4 with a disability, and how she came to be on the staff at PTI will inspire and empower you so that you may become an effective advocate for your child.

   

Saturday, Oct. 9th Gospel on the Green
The 3rd Annual Gospel on the Green will be hosted by Turning Point and Big Mama's Kitchen on the Turning Point campus from 3:00 - 7:00 PM.  The concert features local Chrisian artists and is free to the general public.
